Customer Service Workshop 9.30am – 12.30pm Wednesday 12th May
This workshop has been developed to assist those working within the Hospitality or Visitor Attraction businesses. It will cover essential customer service skills and provide an opportunity to review and reflect on how to develop new ones. The workshop is FREE to attend with funding from the Essex Path to Prosperity project and the Coastal Communities fund.
